CDWaveform Track Selection

The Track Selection screen allows you to choose which tracks you want to include in the waveform file and in which order they occur.  The reason for this feature is that sometimes you want to compare two different releases and one release may have bonus tracks or may have a different track order.  Another purpose would be to compare a single song, for example between the original album and a greatest hits compilation or another compilation album.

When a CD is available to be read and the All Tracks button is clicked from the main screen, the Track Selection screen is shown.  The tracks on the CD are listed on the screen.

Highlight the tracks to include in the waveform file using Ctrl and Shift to select ranges and click OK.

If you need to reorder tracks, select a single track and use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to place it in the proper order.  Then select the tracks you want to include in the waveform file and click OK.

This screen will also identify tracks that have pre-emphasis in the TOC (Table of Contents).  It does not identify tracks that have pre-emphasis in the Q subchannel.
